In my management and business practice I have come to understand the enormous importance of communication potential associated with empathy and respect. At the same time, my professional and personal life has taught me the importance of our personal experiences, inner balance, self-esteem and the inner world of each of us. I am a mediator by profession and soul with a background in psychology, sociology, law and education. For many years I have also been a lecturer in communication, negotiation and mediation and a university lecturer in the field of psychology. In mediation we aim at reconciliation of two parties in a conflict, which is of course closely linked to the inner reconciliation within each individual. I see helping people in difficult situations as my mission in life.

In my profession and in my everyday life I am convinced again and again that a positive feeling in life requires courage. Throughout my career, I have always worked in several professional roles simultaneously. This reality is close to my heart. It provides a space for seeing life's details from different sides. In psychotherapy, supervision and during my work as a lecturer, I am particularly interested in the authentic human story and the diversity of life strategies. I believe that each of us is the only expert on our own life, I believe in new beginnings, a certain amount of life risk and the healing potential of open communication.

I encourage clients to be creative and improvise appropriately.
